Your pocket companion for mental wellness
Mind Tools helps you recognize and interrupt negative thought patterns using evidence-based techniques from therapy. Think of it as a gentle guide that helps you step back, examine your thoughts, and find more balanced perspectives.
This is not a replacement for professional help. If you're struggling, please reach out to a mental health professional.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is based on the idea that our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected. By changing unhelpful thought patterns, we can improve how we feel and act.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) adds skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and mindfulness. It teaches us to accept our experiences while still working toward change.

Send FeedbackI made this little app because existing tools haven't been very effective at helping me cope with depression.
It's an exciting time where, with agentic coding, we can easily build software tailor-made for the way our unique minds work.
I hope it's interesting or inspiring to you.
